Can you explain when a contract supplier should contact the CBIC or the DME MAC?

Suppliers who have questions about the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program (CBP) should call the CBIC customer service center at 877-577-5331 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Suppliers who have billing and/or claims processing questions should call the DME MAC for the area where the beneficiary permanently resides. The Medicare DME MAC jurisdictions are:

Where can I find a list of Round 2021 contract suppliers? 

The Round 2021 contract supplier list for off-the-shelf (OTS) back braces and OTS knee braces is on the supplier directory at www.medicare.gov/supplier. Select Find medical equipment and suppliers and then enter the ZIP code and supplier name or equipment to search for a contract supplier that can furnish the item.

Where can I find the single payment amounts (SPAs)?

You can locate the Round 2021 SPAs for the OTS back braces and OTS knee braces product categories by clicking PHASES at the top of any page on the CBIC website, selecting ROUND 2021, and then clicking Single Payment Amounts from the list of resources.
