What does the message that the system is currently down for maintenance mean?
This website is down for scheduled system maintenance one Sunday each month during the hours of 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you please access the website at another time.
How can I view Adobe Acrobat PDF documents on this site?
This site requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view PDF documents. This software allows us to show you information on screen exactly how it appears in hard copy.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it free from Adobe.
