2020 Spring Medtrade is in Two Weeks - Stop by Booth 931!

Medicare contractors will attend Medtrade in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 3-5. The event will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center with educational sessions March 3-4 and an exhibit hall March 4-5.

Be sure to stop at Booth #931 during regular exhibition hall hours. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet representatives from Medicare contractors you work with on a daily basis, including the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC), the Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) contractor, the four Durable Medical Equipment Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs), the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC), the Pricing, Data Analysis, and Coding (PDAC) contractor, and the Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC). The exhibition hall will be open from 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) March 4 and from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PT on March 5.

Join the CBIC’s Elaine Hensley on Tuesday, March 3, from 2:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. PT (South Pacific A), as she provides updates and timelines for Round 2021 of the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program.  There will be time for attendee questions during this session. 

While in the exhibit hall, expect to find tradeshow specials at many of the booths, view DMEPOS items and samples for you to learn about, and stop by the New Products Pavilion!
