CMS Adds New Frequently Asked Questions

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has added new frequently asked questions (FAQs) to the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) website to assist with developing your bid amount(s). As a reminder, the bid window closes on September 18, 2019, so don’t wait to submit your bid(s)!

If you have any questions or need assistance, please call the CBIC customer service center at 877-577-5331 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Hours are currently extended to 9 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time until the close of the bid window on September 18, 2019.
