CBIC Customer Service Center Holiday Closings

The Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) customer service center will be closed in observance of the holidays on:

  • Monday, December 25, 2023, and Tuesday, December 26, 2023. The CBIC will reopen on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
  • Monday, January 1, 2024. The CBIC will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
