Contact your Round 2021 Competitive Bidding Liaisons

The Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) would like to remind contract suppliers that Competitive Bidding Liaisons (CBLs) are available for Round 2021 of the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program (CBP). CBLs are an important resource to the DMEPOS CBP and are available to assist with a variety of issues, such as educating contract suppliers on specific policies, resolving an issue for a Medicare beneficiary, or participating at a workshop or meeting.

Vinsetta Montgomery and Phabian Barrett previously served as CBLs for the DMEPOS CBP and have returned for Round 2021. They are looking forward to working with contract suppliers, providing guidance on the CBP, and participating in outreach events.

Ms. Montgomery’s territory covers the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) Jurisdictions B and C. She has more than 25 years of experience in the Medicare industry, 11 of which are specifically in outreach and education with the DMEPOS CBP. Ms. Montgomery also holds a master’s degree in human resource management and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and health services administration.

Mr. Barrett’s territory covers the DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D. He has an extensive background in healthcare, including six years of outreach and education with the DMEPOS CBP. Mr. Barrett holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology.

For contact information and states within their jurisdictions, please visit the CBL Directory on the CBIC website.
