My competitive bidding area (CBA) is an entire county, which is approximately 3000 square miles. If I accept the contract offer, am I required to service the entire CBA?

Yes. A contract supplier must furnish all competitively bid items under its contract to any beneficiary who maintains a permanent residence in or visits a CBA and requests a competitively bid item(s) from the contract supplier. If the contract supplier is physically located outside the CBA, the contract supplier is still required to service the entire CBA.
