Registration for DBidS is Closed

Registration closed for the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Bidding System, DBidS, on August 16, 2019, at 8:59:59 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time. However, it is very important you keep your Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Identity Management (IDM) System user ID and password active to access Connexion, the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program’s secure portal. Registration for Connexion will remain open indefinitely.

You may also continue to access the IDM System to modify your profile. You may update your contact information including your email address, mailing address, and phone number. We will use your email address to send important information regarding your bid(s), so it is extremely important to keep your email address active. Please review the How to Update Information in the CMS Identity Management (IDM) System for step-by-step instructions and tips to help you modify your profile successfully.

Please call the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) customer service center at 877-577-5331 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for assistance with registration, passwords, account unlocks, and user role updates or changes.

Updated on 11/20/2020 and 01/6/2022 to add new actions that each user role can perform in Connexion. Updated on 03/28/2023 to add headers to more easily distinguish which activities occur during a specific phase of the program, make a correction to specify that end users (EUs) cannot view breach of contract notices or upload responses, and add clarification that a delegated official (DO) on the enrollment application must register and perform as an EU.
