All bids for the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) Competitive Bidding Program Round 2 Recompete and the national mail-order recompete must have been completed, approved, and certified in the online bidding system, DBidS, by 8:59:59 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time on March 26, 2015. The Request for Bids (RFB) instructions do not permit suppliers to alter or amend bids after the close of bidding. All required hardcopy financial documents specified in the RFB must have been RECEIVED by the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) on or before March 25, 2015. Any hardcopy financial documents received after this date will not be accepted, with the exception of documents requested by the CBIC as part of the covered document review process.
