Registration for Connexion opened today, August 17, 2016, for Round 1 2017 bidders. Connexion is the secure, online portal for the competitive bidding program. As an authorized official (AO) or backup authorized official (BAO), you should REGISTER NOW for Connexion so you will be able to access contract offers and other contracting correspondence. These contracting items will not be mailed. End users (EUs) will not have access to contracting information, but will be able to view forms and complete Form C and Subcontractor Disclosure forms once contracts are fully executed.
Note: If you previously registered for Connexion for Round 2 Recompete or the national mail-order recompete, you do not need to also register for Round 1 2017. Just use your existing user ID and password to log into Connexion.
To register, go to the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) website and select Connexion. Then click on the green “Access Connexion” button, which links to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Enterprise Portal. After logging into the Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system, click on the “Request Access Now” button to locate the Connexion application in the Access Catalog. From there, click the “Request Access” button for the Connexion application and complete the remaining registration steps.
